In 2025, WAISL continued to demonstrate success with an evolving organisation and growing industry presence. Our continued focus on people, platforms and partnerships, enabled us to steer change and innovation.
Here’s a quick summary of some of our key milestones this year that led us into the next phase of development.
Operational Expansion and Infrastructure
2025 witnessed operational expansion across multiple locations, while we continued to grow in both tech and infrastructure.
- We increased our operational footprint by establishing new offices in Bangalore and Goa.
- We assumed responsibility for DIAL IT data center services, expanding WAISL’s responsibility to include the management of their critical infrastructure operations.
- We provided continued support to DIAL for their UTAM platform (AI-enabled airside operations system).

We participated as Silver Sponsor at PTE 2025 and served as Gold Sponsor at The Airport Show 2025. We also engaged with peers and stakeholders at ACI India events.
This year we interacted with global aviation leaders at:

- Australian Airports Association Conference, Gold Coast
People and Culture
We continued to invest in employee engagement and internal connections throughout the year.
An annual health check initiative was conducted, reinforcing our commitment to focus on the team’s overall health and wellness as a component of the workplace culture. As a part of International Women’s Day, the company planned and coordinated many events highlighting accomplishments and achievements made by women in the workplace.
We brought teams together through initiatives like Sports Day, focused on fitness and team spirit. We also organised a year-end Leadership Townhall and CEO Connect to align on business objectives and vision for 2026.
Closing the Year and Vision
In conclusion, the Leadership Townhall and other internal meetings resulted in alignment on key priorities and a clear direction for the future. For 2026, our vision is to create an environment that supports continuous progress and drives innovation.
